SCENARIO / INFORMATION
Start with the service you want to access, then choose a route and configure your client. VPNMH brings routes, devices, apps and refund information together, so you can begin with a specific question instead of comparing prices alone.
INFORMATION / NETWORK
A website loading in the evening and a connection staying stable over time are not the same thing. VPNMH offers IEPL, relayed and direct routes to compare for your needs. Test the sites, video playback or file transfers you use during your usual busy hours, and see whether the connection holds up. If performance fluctuates, check your local network first, then try another route in the same region. Change one thing at a time so you can tell what made a difference.
INFORMATION / SECURITY
When using public Wi-Fi or switching between networks, consider both connection protection and your account security settings. VPNMH uses bank-grade encryption to protect data in transit on cross-border connections. Encryption and the account permissions on your destination site serve different purposes: check the site address, protect your password and keep your client updated. Treat your subscription link as a personal credential and import it only into a client you use. If you need help troubleshooting, share the error message rather than posting your full subscription details.
INFORMATION / DEVICES
Configure your work computer, personal computer and mobile devices for their respective uses. VPNMH allows unlimited devices to be online at once. Device connections and plan data are separate: when using several devices, keep an eye on your account's data usage. Set up and test your usual devices first, then add others. Menu names may vary by operating system, but the basic steps are the same: sign in to the dashboard, get your subscription, import it into a client and choose a route. When changing devices, check that your subscription is up to date.
INFORMATION / AI TOOLS
AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini consider your region, account status and network environment when determining access. VPNMH offers cross-border routes to help you check connectivity in light of each tool's regional policies. For streaming responses or file uploads, check that the connection remains stable—not just that the home page loads. Browser access does not mean command-line tools or IDE extensions use the same network settings. Keep your usual exit region consistent where possible, test your browser and development tools separately, and follow the service's terms of use.
INFORMATION / STREAMING
Netflix, Disney+, HBO and other platforms vary in their catalogs, membership requirements and regional checks. Choosing an exit region is only one part of getting ready to stream. VPNMH offers international routes for checking playback in line with each platform's policies. First confirm that your account has access to the content, then check whether playback starts, resumes after seeking and maintains a stable picture quality. If you see a regional restriction message, verify your exit region and the platform's rules. A single successful page load is not a guarantee of ongoing availability; results depend on conditions at the time of testing.
INFORMATION / REFUND
Your local provider, time of day and the apps you use all affect performance, so choose a plan that fits your network. VPNMH offers 7-day refunds, giving you time to assess whether the service meets your needs. After getting started, test your usual devices, everyday sites and work apps, and monitor connection stability and data usage. To request a refund, submit a ticket from the user dashboard and check the refund policy for eligibility and process details. Include the relevant order information and explain what you need so the request can be reviewed.
Price is only a starting point when choosing a subscription. Web browsing, remote collaboration, AI chats and video streaming place different demands on a connection. Focus on whether you can finish the task: does the file upload complete, does the response keep streaming, does the video play without interruptions? Keep the same device and app settings during a test and change only the route for a clearer comparison.
VPNMH lists plan data, supported platforms and route access separately. Read the route guide first, then choose a plan based on how often you use it. For setup or connection issues, refer to the quick-start guide. This gives you a clear basis for comparing options and a relevant checklist if something goes wrong.
ROUTES / SELECTION
Coverage includes 100+ countries and 210+ routes. The examples below show popular regions to illustrate the differences between a region, a city and a route type. Check the user dashboard and your subscription for the routes currently available to you.
| Country / region | City | Route type | Streaming availability notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Japan | Tokyo | IEPL | Verify against platform policies and actual playback |
| Singapore | Singapore | Relayed | Verify against platform policies and actual playback |
| United States | Los Angeles | Direct | Verify against platform policies and actual playback |
| Hong Kong | Hong Kong | IEPL | Verify against platform policies and actual playback |
| United Kingdom | London | Relayed | Verify against platform policies and actual playback |
| Australia | Sydney | Relayed | Verify against platform policies and actual playback |
If an app has regional requirements, use its official guidance to choose a region first, then compare routes in that region. Geographic distance can be a useful starting point, but actual performance also depends on your local network and the entire connection path. Don't judge speed by city name alone or assume a route type guarantees the same results in every app.
IEPL, relayed and direct describe different ways of organizing a connection. For apps that need to stay connected, focus on connection stability. For reading and research, start by checking page loads and file downloads. Once you find a route that works for you, keep it as your usual choice and save other working routes as alternatives.
If access fails, first make sure your local network is working. Then check for subscription updates, confirm that the client is connected and look for maintenance notices from the service. Change one factor at a time and note the result. Switching regions and app settings repeatedly makes it harder to find the cause.
The route status display below is for reference and does not replace testing with your target app. Performance can vary with your network environment. Test long-running work connections, uploads and video playback at the times you normally use them, then choose based on how the complete task performs.
CLIENTS / SUBSCRIPTION
Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Sign in to the user dashboard to get your subscription. Client downloads are also available there, with options organized by device platform.

Get clientFor desktop and development tools.
Get clientClient downloads do not require a paid plan, except for iOS; sign in to access them from the dashboard. The iOS option depends on the active plan shown in your dashboard. Downloading a client and getting a usable subscription are separate steps: after installation, confirm your plan status in the dashboard, get your subscription and import it. Your available routes will then appear in the client.
A successful import is confirmed when the route list appears—not simply when the software is installed. Choose a route, allow the required network configuration when prompted, then visit a site you use regularly. If your subscription details have changed, update them in the client; reinstalling the app is not a substitute for checking the subscription.
For your initial setup, start with the client's standard settings and confirm that you can connect before adjusting split tunneling. Split-tunneling rules determine which requests use international routes, while an app's own proxy settings can also affect the result. If your browser works but a desktop app doesn't, check each one's connection settings separately.
When sharing a subscription across devices, import and test it on each device. VPNMH allows unlimited devices to be online at once, but all devices draw from your account's total data. Check usage in the user dashboard and adjust your plan to suit your needs. See the quick-start guide for the full setup process; if something goes wrong, follow the Help Center's troubleshooting steps.
Read the quick-start guide →PLANS / MONTHLY
Monthly plans: ¥9.9 for 60GB, ¥18 for 250GB, and ¥28 for 500GB. Data resets monthly on your activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated for the remaining days. All plans support unlimited devices and include 7-day refunds.
¥9.9 / month
A good fit for browsing, messaging and research. If you stream video or transfer files only occasionally, track your actual usage to see whether this data allowance works for you.
Choose this plan¥18 / month
A good fit for everyday browsing plus file transfers, online collaboration and video. If you use multiple devices, check your total usage in the dashboard to see how much data remains.
Choose this plan¥28 / month
A good fit for video streaming, downloading creative assets and other data-intensive tasks. More data does not change app permissions; access to content is still governed by each service's rules.
Choose this planA monthly plan may suit you if your usage is fairly consistent and you prefer a set data allowance each month. Data resets on your activation date, so check your current billing period rather than assuming it resets on the first of the calendar month. Reading and video streaming use data differently; tracking your actual usage is more reliable than estimating based only on daily time online.
If your usage is less predictable, a data package is another option: it lasts until used and never expires. Monthly plans offer a set allowance for each billing period, while data packages are designed for ongoing use. Choose based on your usual tasks, how often you have heavy-usage periods and how much data you have left—not just the plan name.

When following a guide, use the options currently shown in your dashboard and client. Interface labels may change with updates, but the troubleshooting logic stays the same: you can sign in, your plan is active, your subscription updates, the route connects, and the target app meets its regional and account requirements.
